.....and with a owly "hoot! hoot!" and a wave of their hands, my grandparents faithfully stand in their driveway, in front of their garage and give their special goodbye as I back down their driveway and drive off down the gravel road, tears welling in my eyes. This has been a long lasting tradition between my grandparents and my sister and I. It has and probably always will be our very very special way of saying farewell, until we meet again. I hope you like these.....but regardless they will probably be some of the most sentimental images ever to me. I will truly cherish them forever. :)

It is so funny that at 30 years old I still wave back at them when I leave the driveway. Simply put it is definitely a habit and tradition for us. I'm glad that you were able to capture such a special moment.
